Orthax phone based technical interviews are a valuable part of any contingent staff augmentation or corporate on boarding pre-qualification initiatives. A qualified Orthax SME (Subject Matter Expert) will contact your contingent employee/contractor and ask questions which analyze whether knowledge does exist in particular areas of expertise and at what level (intermediate, advanced, expert - where applicable).
